Pete Robins making a brief attempt on Chapfallen sds 7B+ last year. Photo: Dan McManus

On Monday night Mark Katz climbed the obvious sds to Chapfallen, a neat 7A at the far west side of the Craig y Gesail upper tier boulders. Mark wasn’t sure of the grade, but he did it in a couple of goes and thought perhaps 7B+? Or maybe harder?

Start with your right hand at the bottom of the groove and left on a small low sidepull.

See page 600 in the NWB 3.1 guide.
