Dave Rudkin had a productive session at Porth Ysgo today, ticking off a couple of new lines.

Best of the pair was Knee Deep, a quality 7A+ which tackles the obvious leaning wall at the far right side (looking out to sea) of the main boulder field. This went from a stand up and was finished rather urgently as the tide was threatening to sweep the pads away!

Prior to that Dave climbed the rather good and entirely logical link of the Winter Swell traverse into the Simple Things stand up line. Dave thought Winter Things was 7A and that Simple Things on its own was 6C once you’d got it properly sorted out.
