Sam Cattell has added a couple of new lines to the steep limestone crag of Pantymwyn. Spinal Tap V11/8A starts as for Faith Healer, following it to the diagonal sidepull, but then continues the traverse rightwards into the finish of Be Ruthless.

“Such an amazing problem, one of the best on the crag. It’s really technical and powerful. It took me two sessions just to work out all the positions.”

Enthused Sam.

Sam also climbed a truncated version of Faith Healer, exiting upwards at an earlier point – this went at V6/7A.

(NB. Sam has offered the name Fat Bottom Girls for his Under Pressure - Be Ruthless link. Also, an easier sequence has emerged for this, so V11/8A seems more appropriate.)
