On Saturday Andy Jones (one of the original developers) returned to climb a new link at the Ruthin Escarpment.

Si’s Start - Licking the Lolly Pop goes at 7A+. As Andy explains, he took a low line staying below the good holds on the first section of the One in a Million pt1 traverse:

“I went from the slopey crimps on the edge of the roof to the right hand crimp and left hand slopey pinch, and from here swung left to the flatties at the start of Frittilery Flake then from there to the start of Licking the Lolly Pop.”

The week before Alex Mason paid a visit and added a 6C right hand finish to Pity the Billionaire. After the initial big lunge head out right to finish on stepped flatties beneath a bulge.
