…and striking a victory pose!

James Lillie has climbed a new line on the Rhiwlas slab. It’s Thin Spread! Not Full Fat! V6/7/7A/+ takes the centre of the slab in between Ecdysis and Violent Snatch.

“It’s a really thin problem, which starts on a spiky crimp for your left and a poor side pull for your right hand. Move your right hand up to the crimp on Violent Snatch, then reach for another poor left hand dimple. Stand up with some tricky moves on your feet, but then you can go for the jug! Happy days! All the slab problems climb really well; Violent Snatch is about V4/5ish, mine is about V6/7.” Enthused James after the ascent.
