This should have been the September B.O.T.M., but due to an industrial dispute (it’s not just the Post Office who have strikes these days) it was shunted into the following month. After some regrettable incidents on the picket line outside NWB.com headquarters, ACAS were called in and a mutually agreeable settlement was obtained between the B.O.T.M. field workers and the fat cat management who run this gaff.

So, without further ado, take it away Big G:

Dear NWB.com readers,

Untouched by human hands this jutting prow of dark rock lurks some two minutes from the old A5 at GR 632 630, just below Cwm Graianog. As ever, staff at "B.O.T.M" were unable to leave the ground with any certainty, though the obvious fin problem was very becoming. The landing is composed of the finest mountain flora and is soft, though a little steep. With the views up the Nant Francon and the presence of the occasional raven croak, this venue has something of a ‘big cliff’ atmosphere despite its humble proportions. One can also enjoy good views of the less informed, toiling uphill across the valley, in pursuit of the crowded Sheep Pen Boulders. Fools, the lot of them.

Yours sincerely,

Big G
