On Saturday 2nd April Paul Houghoughi (Huffy) climbed a much-eyed sitting start to Dave Noden’s Cosmic Wheels on the Mallory Boulder. Will (V10) was named in memory of local climber, Will Perrin who died in the summer of 2004. Will established a number of classic first ascents in the area, including Mallory Crack which he climbed in 2001.

Paul’s new addition starts from a sitting start position, making powerful and fingery moves up into the original problem; a further extension into Mallory Crack stands as a final challenge on this remarkable piece of rock.
